Butter Garlic and fines herbs

It does not take much to transform a simple meal into a savoury dish. Enhance the taste of your red meats, fish or breads with this blend of butter, garlic and fine herbs that you can prepare rapidly.



- 1/2 lb of salted butter softened
- 8-9 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 teaspoons of Cyrches Garlic & Fine Herbs blend



Put the softened butter in a bowl and add all the ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until you obtain a consistent

Wrap in a plastic film and keep at a cool temperature.

Excellent with bread, red meats or fish.

Will keep for 6 months in your freezer.
